Today a new promoter came in, looks experienced. he sold 10 today. he came to my booth when i was promoting and stole my customers one by one. yea, so cr8tive. F him.
i guess its just kinda against my value. theres no way im going to let someone waste hundreds of dollars just for me to get a $3. there is no way i can make someone buy something they dont really need, and theres no way that i can distort facts about a product just to sell it.
so, im going to start finding another job, and as soon as i find one, ill take it.
and one more thing. i dont like standing up 9hrs everyday plus doing nothing.

lack of sleep
hoah, ytd slept at 330am, today woke up at 7am. seriously tired and sleepy. but what to do.. sigh..
went to nus science open house + talk this morning (in case you dont know, NUS accept me for science. WTH) i didn even get into chem eng. so, their effort to psycho me to join NUS today is quite unsuccessful, although there are some programmes that i really like, but its just not good enuff. some of the interesting programmes include:
1. Double Major, Physics + Life Science
2. Double Degree, Physics + Material science and engineering
3. Double Degree + masters with France Grande Ecole university. (in fact this is the most interesting one, i really wanna go there! somemore you will learn french!) but i may not dare to take the risk. later i kena physics only hor. die for sure.
so most probably now my choice is already decided, NTU EEE (electrical and electronic engineering) concurrent with Georgia Tech MS ECE (Master of Science, Electrical and computer engineering). the problem is just the cost ): yep. 90% sure ill choose NTU now. now psychoing wenhao and oe. hehehe.
anyway thats the job of a promoter ma, psycho people, not good also say good, bad also say until like very good. compare to other brand always say own brand so much nicer. next time when u buy something, dont listen to promoter, they onli promote their stuff. its a cycle.
i remembered times during prelim exams, when we are supposed to use our time for mugging, we actually got hooked to Virtua tennis 3 (me, oe, wenhao) and spend most of our times trying to beat that very hard level. need time to study = waste time for play.
and then during A levels, me and wenhao actually are hooked to another game. Heroes V. during the A level time we actually finished the campaign of the main game, campaign of the 1st expansion, and stuck halfway at the 2nd expansion. again, need time to study = waste time for play.
AND NOW, me and wenhao are hooked to ARCADE -.- keep changing games, trying new games, find exciting one and try to beat high score or at least complete the game. for example, today we topped lets go jungle at plasa sing arcade, completed the 20 stage of photohunt2006 (1st time!), tried ghost squad alot of times and died, tried house of the dead 4 alot of times and died too, played virtua tennis 3 at arcade and keep losing, and the most tiring one is that we managed to beat our personal best at the e-zone basketball game, at the same time getting over our target score. our personal best now is 452. haha, long way to beat 500 something, but someday!
and the worst part is, now we are working, want to earn money = spend more on arcade -.- oh man, i spend around $30 and wh arnd $20 i think. damn crap. i must stop this. haha.
and actually we are also hooked to viwawa, now we are trying to collect badges. haha, my aim is to get 10 wins for all games, and wenhao is getting the gold award for 10 consecutive wins by bullying level ones in stwack. BIG BULLY.

i have to thank my manager la today, i got no sales, then he bought an mp3 from me so at least i got one sales, not bad right? the 1st 3 days of the show, (previous promoter) got absolutely zero (not the song) in the 3 days. hahaha. but at the same time i also wanna 'damn you' him, i return his favor by following his request to stay downstairs la, actually at the main store got a promoter girl working oso, MUST BE he scared i snatch! today is clearly a crappy day, its just because the lenovo person chop my customer at the end of the day, that just made my day kanasai.
hokay, i tell you from 10.45am to 7pm, its like ......... no customer. if there are, they will be small students, or old grandpas and grandmas that can only say "hoh, this thing very ex hor." -.- oh man. hmm, and other customer at this kinda time are the unemployed. who ask alot, but walk away just like that. crap.
AND THIS IS EXTREMELY SHIT, im like wasting time there! OH MANS, crap i really dont like this. i wanna do something useful. even 2 hr of tuition unpaid is better than this 10 hr job man. i dowan to be this kinda person. in fact, i hate promoting man, i cant lie for nuts. where the only skill u need is bluffing skill.
but theres one funny thing that happen today. i was staring onto space in between the laptops. suddenly a face pop up there and the face stares back at me. then i was like uh-oh, crap, whos this. and start random scan of my memory. before i can get who is she, she was like, "dhika right?" then i was like, eh YES YES, HELLO! smile widely. AND THEN something struck my mind, OH SHE IS MY STUDENT! HAHA, after that then i saw the NJ uniform -.-, sorry girl! i forgot your name! but i know you are from S21! haha, tell me ur name again xD. the funny thing is she was with her mom, and the mom ask me alot qn, like how much am i paid, then the mom keep talking to me. hahahaa, then she ask me, "what you selling?" then i said, "laptop". then she was like, "eh you want to get a laptop?" to her daughter. hahahaha, i can only laugh. funny XD.
but that incident, after that, it really punch me on the face. i really miss my students, i miss teaching, i miss the school. my work here is like shit compared to the teaching job. im counting to the end of the day for this job, i cant wait to go to school to work. oh man. i was like, T.T for 1 hr after that, pitying myself and in deep regret for my job now. oh mans. i wanna quit. fast fast.
and to make things worse, this lenovo person come to steal a customer of mine. he starts with "if you want a laptop with this price but with better specs, follow me" when i was clearly talking to them. the permanent person there was like, nvm la, he wont be here today. and to make things WORST is that actually the customer BOUGHT the laptop! they were the 1st customer for lenovo, where actually is for ME! im still hatching my egg you know. havent hatched yet. THAT IS JUST SO KNS. the customers actually spend more time looking at toshiba laptop even after the promoter ask them to buy lenovo, but everytime they go to toshiba side, he will say something bad abt toshiba compared to lenovo. DAMN SHIT GUY. F you. damn it. i was so pissed of, and i still am. if i see you tmr, ill steal all your customer man.

stage fright.
and im going to start to work tommorow. :X oh no. im having a stage fright and worries that i wont even sell ONE laptop. after all, its hougang mall! WHO WILL GO THERE? (ans by wenhao & oe: hougang people lor)
today returned home quite late becos of, AGAIN, playing arcade with wenhao. spent $7+ today T.T oh mans. improved on my TC4, actually i got to stage 3 area 3 (which is final) with one credit. but then, i died-ed there. so, i put another $1.05 just for a couple of shots to complete the game. quite wasted. AND THEN, trying diff games with wenhao, we started with silent hill which i died quite fast (prob becos im freaked out) haha, no la, but the gun quite lag. the graphic seriously suck. then we play some hunter game. my arm is officially tired of holding guns.

hokay, today went for the NTU EEE tea session, and found out that around 10 people were accepted into the EEE & MS(ECE) NTU & Georgia tech. and last year, which is the 1st year this course was introduced, there were 4 people who were accepted. wow. BUT, there was only 1 (ONE) who got the IDA infocomm scholarship! ): OH MAN. the numbers roughly are $55k for 3 years in NTU, but the wallet draining one is the one year in georgia tech. guess how much? $125k. wonderful. if i dont get the scholarship, ahh, i think can forget it man. BUT BUT. it i got the scholarship, i think this will be it. my choice! XD
after that met ryan and we visit wenhao who is currently working at harvey norman jurong point. haha, waited for him to finish his work, and we went to play arcade. apparently, me and wenhao are in this coorperative gaming mode. last time we played ocean hunter, and this time he wanted to finish the game called "Let's Go JUNGLE: Lost in the island of Spice", yeaaa, our compatibility can be as high as 85% and as low as 33%. we got a not-so-good ending. and $6 just burn like that. haha. but we finished the game XD and my finger was bleeding. too exited. XD
