hey '0809 crews, your seniors time just ended, and yours has just begun. please take good care of the CCA we all love! to ALL the crews, remember that we always say that we are a PA crew FIRST, not exco. remember that whats important is to belong together as one crew. not being an exco doesnt mean that you can't contribute to the cca. without you all, we are not a cca, we are not a family. theres a reason why only the word 'CREW' is written in all of our jackets.

to those who have been given the chance to lead and serve the CCA as an exco member, firstly, congratulations! You all have proven to us that you have both the capability and the commitment to serve this family. believe in yourself and do your very best for this team. but again, please do remember that being in the exco doesnt make you exclusive. the exco is not supposed to be a separate team from the main crew, neither are they more special than the rest of the crew. remember that you all, the excos, are supposed to bring the whole crew together as one. not only among yourself. being an exco is not like winning a competition, is not something that you should boast and celebrate. instead, being an exco means that you are entrusted with a bigger responsibility to lead the cca. do remember that we chose you as the exco not for your sake, but for the CCA. YOU are part of the exco team to bring PA to greater height. not for yourself.

but all in all, i know you all will love this cca more and more because PA is not just a cca, we are a small and cozy family on our own (:

firstly, i wanna say a BIG THANK YOU for organising such a great camp, and for keeping the CCA as a family together. thank you for all the great things that has happened to our CCA. and mostly, thank you for raising up such amazing juniors (:

to the excos, although you all started up not in a good tone, but i must say that you all end up very well (: perhaps its following zhipings motto, "everything will work out in the end" and it is really the case for you! i still remember hearing complaints and dissapointments from some of the crews at the start of your term, but im sure they are non existent now. you all really did a VERY GOOD JOB this last few months, you all work really well together as a team. i really envy your exco (: thanks for exceeding all of our expectations and you all have brought PA to another great heights.

to ALL the crews that stick up till the end of your term, thank you. despite all the troubles and downs that you all face, you still stick to the family trough thick and thin. im sure you all are glad that you stay together as one till the end. without you all, njPA 0708 will not be as it is right now. without you all, there will not be any njPA 0708.

and most of all, remember that the handover camp is not the end of everything. remember that our bond as a family will never end. once a pa crew, you always belong to our family. i hope you all will stay close together and we all can always keep in touch (: thats where we are different from the rest, our term doesnt end at handover (:

to my dear fellow PA crew. you are still the best team ever. to me. if i can go back in time and choose which team i wanna work with, i will repeatedly choose njpa0607. we are one team that i love the most.

to the pa excos '0607, although we started out very well, we end our term in not a very good condition. in fact, it was bad. i really regret it and i wish i could undo everything and change those things that i have done wrongly. although ive said this alot of times before, but i really want to apologise for all the wrong things that ive said, that ive done. i really feel that it is really a waste that we end our term of service badly. im sorry.

but i just want to say that its never too late to do this all over again. we just need an open heart and the willingness, can we?

but again, despite our fights and disagreements during the last few months of our term, i still feel that we are a very good team. we supported each other in the areas we are weak at, i feel that that is necessary for a good team. thanks! i still remember the times after we took over, how we struggle and manage to keep ourself and the family strong as one. i still remember all the meetings, all the outings, all the events, the late nights, and the illegal stayovers. there are really no times better than these. thanks for the memories.

to the active crews of njPA 0607, thank you for making njPA such a wonderful family to me. without all of your support, without all of your enthusiasm, all your passion for the cca, my love for the cca will not be like it is now. maybe i wont even come back to school every chance i have just to be with the cca. it is because of you all, that i feel that i really belong to this family. you are the best that i can ever ask for.

thanks to ivan, elaine, chakyan and yibo for coming back to the camp this year. i can feel our bond as one family again, eventhough it is already one year after our handover, we still can gather together like this again. thanks yea.

to training comm '0607, thanks for making my last mission in my service term in njPA a very memorable one. you guys are a very fun bunch to work with! haha, very glad to have you all in the same team! training team all the way :D

to 0506 seniors, i still want to say thank you for hooking me up with this family. without you all, i wont be here right now, i wont be with PA right now, i wont be organising and attending PAa outings and camps. i wont be me. thanks for all the guidance and really, EVERYTHING that you have imparted to us. thanks for giving me the chance to lead the team as the TO, and for trusting me to groom the next generation of pa (:

i hope we all share the same burning passion and the strong bond as one pa crew. i hope the bonds we built will never end. i hope to see you all in outings and camps! THANK YOU GUYS!
